SENADO. DEBATEN EN LAS COMISIONES UNA NUEVA LEY DE FINANCIAMIENTO DE PARTIDOS POLÍTICOS
El oficialismo y la oposición negocian por estos días para tratar de arribar a un proyecto de consenso
En el Senado comienza hoy a debatir en una reunión plenaria de comisiones unanueva ley de financiamiento de partidos políticos, con la presencia de los jueces de la Cámara Nacional Electoral. Las Comisión de Asuntos Constitucionales, de Justicia y Asuntos Penales y de Presupuesto y Hacienda se reunirán desde las 15:30 en el Salón de las Provincias para comenzar a debatir los proyectos presentados sobre el tema.
Asistirán a la reunión los jueces de la Cámara Nacional Electoral, Alberto Dalla Via y Santiago Corcuera; el presidente de la Fundación Red de Acción Política, Alan Clutterbuck; la directora ejecutiva del CIPPEC, Julia Pomares; y su par de Poder Ciudadano, Pablo Secchi; y la investigadora de la UBA Maria Inés Tula.
En ese sentido, el oficialismo y la oposición negocian por estos días para tratar de arribar a un proyecto de consenso que resuma el contenido de las cinco iniciativas presentadas por distintos senadores nacionales, aunque el centro del debate es la habilitación de aportes de empresas, actualmente prohibido.
Tanto Cambiemos como el PJ proponen la prohibición de los aportes en efectivo. No obstante, el proyecto del justicialismo señala que las contribuciones de empresas no pueden superar el 10% del total de las ganancias netas durante el último año, mientras que el de Cambiemos propone un 2% de tope sobre el total de los gastos permitidos para un partido.
Esta iniciativa llega cuando el caso de los aportantes truchosde Cambiemos vuelve a entrar en zna de riesgo debido a un tecnicismo. El juez Carlos Alberto Vallefín, de la Sala III de la Cámara Federal de La Plata, ordenó que el magistrado electoral platense, Adolfo Gabino Ziulu, sea quien decida el futuro próximo de la única causa penal que queda en pie por los presuntos delitos de lavado de dinero y falsedades ideológicas en la recaudación de la campaña oficialista.
La única causa penal que queda en pie por los aportantes truchos es la del juzgado federal número 3 de La Plata, a cargo de Kreplak. El presidente de la Cámara Federal porteña, Martín Irurzun, corrió al juez Casanello de la otra investigación por presunto lavado en la recaudación de campaña y envió ese expediente al juez Ziulu.
