POLITICA: El Diputado Yoma en contra de la reforma constitucional y la reelección

Si algo le sobra a un dirigente peronista con el trajín político de Jorge Yoma es olfato. Si bien el actual diputado riojano se reivindica oficialista, rechazó ayer de plano una eventual reforma constitucional para alentar una segunda reelección de la presidenta Cristina Kirchner. Pero Yoma fue más allá: aseveró que “muchos peronistas” coinciden con él y que La Cámpora -la agrupación juvenil dilecta de la Presidenta- no tiene estructura propia, “menos para enfrentar al peronismo”, según publicó el diario La Nación.

“Creo que Cristina no va a rifar su segundo mandato por la quimera de un tercero. Sería un error; no hay consenso social para eso. No la veo a la Presidenta modificando la Constitución en beneficio propio. Creo que es más la desesperación de algunos que buscan su estabilidad laboral o integrar las listas el año que viene”, lanzó, en diálogo con LA NACION.

No es la primera vez que Yoma marca diferencias con el Gobierno, toda una herejía en el universo kirchnerista. Ya lo hizo una vez, cuando votó en contra del traspaso de los depósitos judiciales del Banco Ciudad al Nación. También fue muy crítico de las restricciones al comercio que impuso el Gobierno, lo que afecta mucho las economías regionales, como la riojana. Sin embargo, al enfatizar su rechazo a la reforma constitucional, Yoma cruzó una línea, convirtiéndose en el primero en hacer público lo que muchos peronistas como él piensan en privado y no lo dicen por temor a represalias del Gobierno.

Yoma desnudó sin tapujos la pulseada latente dentro del oficialismo entre “cristinistas” y “peronistas clásicos” por la sucesión presidencial, cuyo primer mojón serán las elecciones legislativas del año próximo y la conformación de las listas de candidatos.

El problema es que el kirchnerismo de paladar negro no puede exhibir hoy un candidato presidencial sólido y confiable para 2015. “Ése no es un problema del peronismo -se diferenció Yoma, sin sutilezas-. Hay tres o cuatro dirigentes como [Juan Carlos] Gioja, [José Manuel] De la Sota y [Daniel] Scioli que son gobernadores exitosos en sus provincias y que bien pueden aspirar a la sucesión.”

“Sería muy sano para el país que haya una elección interna abierta y democrática en el peronismo por la candidatura, sin forzar una reforma constitucional”, agregó.

No hay ingenuidad en las palabras de Yoma. Salvo el gobernador Gioja, de San Juan, los otros dos fueron vetados por el kirchnerismo, que no encuentra por ahora un álter ego de Cristina Kirchner. “Es verdad, no tenemos un sucesor claro, por eso un tercer mandato de Cristina nos resolvería todos los problemas -admitió a LA NACION un diputado del peronismo bonaerense alineado al Gobierno-. Es verdad que hoy la mayoría de la gente rechaza una reforma constitucional, pero quizás esto pueda revertirse si la economía, la producción y el consumo se dinamizan el año que viene y la oposición sigue sin ofrecer alternativas.”

Si el clima social mejora el año próximo, la amalgama electoral entre peronistas y kirchneristas se dará de forma natural, como en 2011, aventuró este peronista bonaerense. “El kirchnerismo no podrá prescindir de nosotros [el PJ clásico] sencillamente porque no tiene estructura. Es pura espuma, no tiene territorio”, sostuvo.

En este punto Yoma coincide. “La Cámpora no tiene estructura suficiente, menos aún para enfrentar al peronismo”, sostuvo cuando LA NACION le preguntó si cree que la Presidenta marginará al PJ en el armado de las listas de candidatos el año próximo.

“No creo que imponga los candidatos; no creo que se cometa ese error. Sería un papelón. Sí pienso que se va a dar un trabajo natural de consulta entre la Presidenta y los jefes políticos de cada provincia”, aseveró.

El legislador riojano está convencido de que lo de La Cámpora y la reforma constitucional es una cuestión “sobredimensionada” entre otros por la oposición, “que busca un tema para el discurso”.

“A mí me parece muy bien la participación de los jóvenes en la política, yo mismo fui ministro a los 30 años. Estoy a favor del voto joven, de la política en las escuelas, lo único en lo que no estoy de acuerdo con La Cámpora es en que yo creo que la historia empezó el 25 de mayo de 1810, no en 2003, y que Perón no es Cámpora”, sintetizó el riojano.
