CONFLICTO SINDICAL: Continúa el paro de la linea 60 por 5to día consecutivo
En las últimas horas no hubo nuevas reuniones y el conflicto está empantanado, sin solución a la vista.
La propuesta oficial contemplaba el pago de dos cuotas de 300 pesos a cuenta los días 24 y 28, además del reconocimiento de los haberes caídos, el pago de las diferencias salariales y una auditoría conjunta de Trabajo y Transporte para detectar esas posibles erróneas liquidaciones.
También ofrece el reconocimiento patronal de la UTA y de los delegados, reuniones periódicas para resolver temas pendientes y el compromiso de paz social, señalaron los voceros.
La propuesta fue elevada por el ministro de Trabajo, Carlos Tomada, la viceministra Noemí Rial y el subdirector nacional de Negociación Colectiva, Adrián Caneto, no obstante lo cual los delegados se retiraron para analizar el ofrecimiento en dos asambleas de trabajadores.
Las mismas se realizaron en las cabeceras de la empresa: Constitución y Maschwitz. En la primera, primó el rechazo al convenio durante la votación, mientras que en la segunda la votación pasó a un cuarto intermedio.
Asimismo, ratificaron ayer al mediodía la continuidad del paro del servicio para toda la jornada y hasta nuevo aviso.
La decisión de los trabajadores no generó una reacción oficial. Es que en el día de ayer no se convocó a nuevos encuentros.
La viceministra de Trabajo, Noemí Rial, explicó anoche a Télam que “se hizo todo lo posible; se negoció durante extenuantes horas y se elaboró una muy buena propuesta, que fue rechazada”.
La funcionaria adelantó que, en ese marco, “se cayó el acuerdo, lo que implica –entre otras cosas– que los trabajadores no percibirán los 600 pesos a cuenta que fueron ofrecidos”.
