ECONOMIA: El FpV intentará llevar esta semana la discusión del presupuesto al recinto y aprobarlo el miercoles
Luego de la visita del ministro de Economía, Hernán Lorenzino, y del secretario de Transporte, Juan Pablo Schiavi, la Comisión que preside Aníbal Fernández inició la firma de los dictámenes de mayoría y minoría del Presupuesto para 2012.
Además, la Cámara alta consiguió el dictamen de mayoría para tratar la emergencia económica y las prórrogas de impuestos que envió el Poder Ejecutivo al Congreso y que ya tiene la aprobación de Diputados.
Tras una reunión que se extendió por aproximadamente cuatro horas, los senadores oficialistas y aliados firmaron el despacho del paquete de leyes del Gobierno.
El senador y jefe de la bancada kirchnerista, Miguel Ángel Pichetto, señaló en un breve contacto con la prensa tras finalizar la reunión, que intentarán llevar esta misma semana la discusión al recinto, para lo cual necesitan una mayoría especial.
El objetivo del oficialismo es que todas las iniciativas sean tratadas sobre tablas pasado mañana, pero para ello, necesita reunir 2/3 de los votos, porque los dictámenes no cumplieron los siete días que deben transcurrir, tal como indica el reglamento de la Cámara alta, para su debate en el recinto.
Las iniciativas que obtuvieron dictamen fueron las relacionadas con el impuesto a las ganancias, las prórrogas de la emergencia económica y del impuesto al cheque hasta diciembre de 2013, el tributo que grava los cigarrillos, y la extensión de los derechos de exportación de hidrocarburos, por cinco años.
